Adam W...Who Are You?

Yesterday morning, I decided to clean out the box of random papers that I have and organize what I want to keep and toss everything else.

I found a piece of paper with "Get Adam W.'s number for nudeplatypus" on one side and Adam W.'s address and number on the other.

I have no idea who Adam W. is or why I wanted his number at one time.

Hopefully, it wasn't important.
