My Niece is a Badass

My littlest niece is a hardcore softball player.

She and another girl on her team got a rather bad sunburn Tuesday. Another girl was on vacation and yet another girl was down with the stomach flu.

The four girls unable to play left the team one player short and they were going to have to forfeit on Thursday.

But my niece (who could barely move her arms because her shoulders were so bad) and the flu girl both came to the game and played alternating innings so that the team wouldn't have to forfeit.

They won 12-2.
