This week's topic: music and his frat days. New boy has been here only twenty minutes yet he has interjected into the conversation the fact that he was in a frat in undergrad about five times.

Well, I wouldn't really call it a conversation. That really implies at the very least a dialogue. With him, it is more like a monologue. It truly amazes me that people can keep talking when you do not inject anything into the conversation. Especially, when I am putting on a good show of being absorbed in Federal Income Taxation edited by Klein. It gets me all excited.

According to newboy, when he was in a frat he saw the Rolling Stones in concert. He went with his friend who was also in the frat. They lived together in the frat house. And then another time, when he was in a frat, he went to see Brian Wilson.

Now, I personally do not see the attractions of frats...but it is a perfectly legitimate collegiate experience...and I shall not judge those that indulged in such an experince. However, once you are no longer in college...I really don't think that you should talk about it that much...one should really move onto bigger and better things at that point in time of one's life.
