I spoke to my youngest niece on the phone last night.

We had a rather lengthy discussion about whether or not "ain't" is a word.

I said it wasn't. She responded that it's in the dictionary.

We discussed this for quite a bit.

She eventually won the argument about whether or not it is a word.

But I had the last word, as I went on to say that ain't is not grammatically correct.

She didn't know what to say about that.

I bested her mentally.

Of course, she is only five.
